Terms of Service
Your licence
A Kanject subscription grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the Kanject libraries within your organisation during the subscription term, across unlimited AWS accounts you control. Annual Core and All Access licences additionally include a twelve-month DynoStudio Professional subscription for your licensed developers at no extra charge.
Acceptable use
Do not redistribute Kanject binaries outside your organisation. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer source-generator internals. Do not resell access to the private feed. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or uncured breach of these terms, or for non-payment.
Service level
The Kanject NuGet feed and platform API target 99.99% availability. BaaS services run in your AWS account — their availability is yours to define. Enterprise SLAs are written into your MSA.
Renewals
Renewal pricing for a continuously active subscription will not exceed the price of the current term. List-price changes apply to new subscriptions and to lapsed subscriptions that return. Upgrades you elect — a higher tier, additional modules, additional environments — are priced at the then-current rates.
Warranties and liability
Beyond any warranty written into your subscription agreement (see our Software Licence), the Kanject platform and libraries are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of the subscription term. On termination, access to new versions, updates, and support ends. Annual Core subscriptions carry a perpetual fallback licence: the versions released during your paid term remain licensed for continued use after it ends. Those packages stay available for download from the Kanject feed for up to six months after termination, and you may mirror them into your organisation's own artifact repository (such as AWS CodeArtifact) for internal availability beyond that window. Binaries you have shipped remain usable indefinitely.
Related terms and changes
Your use of Kanject is also governed by our Software Licence and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms; enterprise orders are additionally governed by your MSA. We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve — the current version lives here with its date, and continued use after a material change means you accept it.
