Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect account information (name, email, company) when you register, and billing details when you subscribe. The Kanject CLI and generators can send diagnostic telemetry — command names, versions, and anonymised error traces, never your source code or data — which is opt-in and can be turned off at any time. Kanject libraries running inside your AWS account do not phone home.
How we use it
To operate the platform, provision your private NuGet feed, and send you release notes you opt into. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Request access, correction, or deletion at any time via privacy@kanjectbusiness.solutions; we respond within 14 business days. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have rights to data portability and to object to processing; if you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA, including not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We keep account and billing records while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Third parties
We use AWS (hosting), a third-party payment processor for billing, and an email provider for account and transactional messages. No analytics trackers on this site.
Cookies and storage
This site uses only essential browser storage — to remember your theme — and sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The Kanject platform uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and the law evolve. The current version always lives here with its revision date, and we will email account holders before any material change takes effect.
